Subscription Licenses are showing Expired in GMS for Managed Units

Resolution

Step 1: Verify current licenses on the device.

a. Log into the MySonicWall.com account that the device is registered and navigate to My Workspace>Products.
b. Select the device from the list and confirm current licenses.

Step 2:
Execute the Synchronize Appliance with MySonicWall.com task from GMS (this can be done at the individual firewall or at the group level).

a. In GMS, navigate to Manage > System > Tools
b. Execute 'Synchronize Licenses' task

Step 3:
Verify task has executed successfully and licenses are updated:

a. In GMS, navigate to Manage > System > Status
b. The Management section of the Status page should show 'Tasks Pending - No' when completed successfully.
c. The Management section of the Status page will show updated Subscription licenses when the task is completed.

 

**In order to synchronize HA licenses, the Primary HA unit must be the active unit.  If secondary unit is active an error may be received.
