DESCRIPTION: Subscription Licenses are showing Expired in GMS for Managed Units
Step 1: Verify current licenses on the device.
a. Log into the MySonicWall.com account that the device is registered and navigate to My Products. b. Select the device from the list and confirm current licenses.
Step 2: Execute the Synchronize Appliance with MySonicWall.com task from GMS.
a. In GMS, navigate to Policies > System > Tools b. Execute 'Synchronize the Appliance with mySonicWall.com' task
Step 3: Verify task has executed successfully and licenses are updated:
a. In GMS, navigate to Policies > System > Status b. The Management section of the Status page should show 'Tasks Pending - No' when completed successfully. c. The Management section of the Status page will show updated Subscription licenses when the task is completed.
