SonicWall Analytics - Increasing the maximum number of rows for scheduled reports

This article explains on how we can Increase the maximum number of rows for scheduled reports

Resolution

By default, when attempting to manage a scheduled report in Analytics, (or view a default report), there is a maximum number of visible rows, limited to 250 (As seen here).

Modifying this default limit:

1.      It is possible to change this by navigating to the /sgms/techSupport.html portion of Analytics for the APPLICATION side

1.       2. Clicking the "Accept" button will allow you to access the Application side internal settings page.

1.      3. The "Maximum number rows allowed" menu may be set as high as 100000. It is recommended to consider the hardware limitations. Clicking "update" saves the change made.

 Test Change: You will now see that it is possible to set the number of rows reported in the scheduled report to the maximum value that you selected.
