SMA100: TOTP QR code is not displayed for Local or AD Authentication

SMA100: If Allow Bind Network is enabled, the TOTP QR code is not displayed for AD, Local Authentication users.

This can happen if the Fqdn's public IP address is blocked by the Geo -IP Botnet.

Make sure the Geo-IP Botnet blocks the Public IP of the FQDN you connect to, and add the Public IP of the FQDN you connect to the Allow Bind Network.
