Description
SMA100シリーズのファームウェアのアップグレード方法について説明します。
Resolution
注意：ファームウェアアップグレード前には必ずシステムバックアップもしくは設定のエクスポートをしてください。
システムバックアップには システム | 設定 でバックアップの作成をクリックしてください。
＊工場出荷状態では不要です。
手順：
Step 1: mysonicwall.com からファームウェアをダウンロードします。手順についてはこちらのKBを参照して下さい。
Step 2: 機器の管理GUIにログインし、 システム | 設定 に移動します。 作業前に既存の設定のバックアップファイルを取得するため、設定管理 の エクスポートをクリックし、現在の設定ファイルを保存します。
Step 3: システム | 設定 のページに、ファームウェアのアップロードをクリックし、アップロードするファイルを選択してくださいからダウンロードしたファームウェアファイルを選択し、アップロードをクリックします。
Step 4: 新しいファームウェア にマウスカーソルを移動すると右側に3つのアイコンが表示されます。一番左側の 起動 アイコンをクリックします。
STEP5: 工場出荷時の状態で起動する が 無効(グレー)であることを確認し、起動をクリックします。工場出荷状態で起動したい場合は、有効（緑）にして起動してください。
STEP6: 再起動が発生し、再起動が完了すれば終了です。再度、管理GUIにログインし システム | 状況 画面でファームウェアバージョンを確認ください。
