SMA 1000 Series: How to ensure that (OPSWAT) end point control applications and signatures are updated
End point control signatures updates are provided in a flat file which can be downloaded from your mySonicWall.com account and installed directly in Appliance Management Console. Utilizing this method provides real-time access to newer signature files than previously being supported via only firmware upgrades.
Step 1:Log into mySonicWall.com, go to download center and choose from software type (Advance End point control)
Step 2:In AMC configure end point control settings to update the signature files.
Step 3:Within End point control go to device zone profiles and select the client operating system to determine if the desired Antimalware or personal firewall program is supported.
In the event of an application or product version is not listed, obtain the following and open a case with technical support so an enhancement request can be created with product management.

You can also view via OPSWAT's website listed below for current supported applications and signatures. (Caveat) If a newer application and or signature is located there can be a evaluation period before and new end point control signature can be available via mySonicWall.com.
