SentinelOne stuck at installing

Description

SentinelOne is failing to update or install.

Resolution

There have been reports of SentinelOne failing to install or update. The Capture Client UI will be stuck at "Installing" for SentinelOne:

The issue was reported to the backend and it was resolved. If SentinelOne is still stuck, you can either update the policy via the client UI:

- or from the Capture Client Management console you can go to Assets || Devices and Update policy for the device in question:
