Resolution

Resolution for SonicOS 7.X

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.

  1. Navigate to Deviceon top menu | Log | Automation 
  2. Under Email settings ,specify the Email address to send the Logs & Alerts.

  1. Switch to Mail server settingsand update mail server IP with smtp.office365.com and your mail address from outlook

  1. Click Advancedand input SMTP authentication credentials if it's set on mail server and put Connection Security Method to STATTLS and Smtp port 587

  1. Go to Device | Log | View Logs | Export | Send Email and now you will receive a Email with the logs
