Analyzing Events

A very helpful way to deep dive and view logs/alerts for your customers is by using the "Analysis" tab. With this feature you are able to filter alerts information by Customer, Users, Application and Events in a specific time frame.  

To analyze events:

  • Head over to the "Analysis" tab
  • Pick a date range to analyze (required)
  • Set your filters and your event parameters to report.
    • Use the ‘Filter Product(s)’ field to narrow your search based on product
    • Filter Customer(s)/Partner allows you to narrow down to specific customers logs.
    • 'Filter Account(s)' allows you to type in and narrow down to a specific user
  • Click on "Run Report"
