Restricted functionalities and some features are not working on PlayStation when it is connected through a SonicWall. Some of the issues observed were related to voice chats, parties, etc.
The PlayStation shows an error regarding NATv3 - Playstation only supports NATv2.
PlayStation does not accept Source Port Remap which is a security measure used by the SonicWall.
This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.
   To fix this, you can create a specific NAT Policy for the PlayStation IP Address.
 NOTE: You will need to assign a Static IP Address to the PlayStation using a Static DHCP Entry in Network | System | DHCP Server | DHCP Server Lease Scopes.

NOTE: Here we used X1 as outbound interface but you need to specify your default WAN Interface.
CAUTION: Make sure this custom policy has higher priority than the default outbound NAT Policy.     Â
SSL Control services should be turned off for this Custom zone i.e PlayStation zone
