Under the Firewall and Reports tab, currently seeing: Report could not be generated. A connection could not be established to the Reports Database. Please check if the database is running.
CAUSE: One of the causes of this issue is Windows Firewall blocking access to port 5029, inbound and outbound.
In a multi-server deployment of GMS, port 5029 needs to be opened up between the GMS Console Server and all Agents. If a firewall is blocking this port between the Console and the Agent/s, then report data cannot be displayed in the UI.
