Under the Firewall and Reports tab, currently seeing: Report could not be generated. A connection could not be established to the Reports Database. Please check if the database is running.
One of the causes of this issue is Windows Firewall blocking access to port 5029, inbound and outbound.
In a multi-server deployment of GMS, port 5029 needs to be opened up between the GMS Console Server and all Agents. If a firewall is blocking this port between the Console and the Agent/s, then report data cannot be displayed in the UI.
