Redirect to User Web Login not working
Description
The redirect to the User Web Login page does not work. In Users | Status we can see that SSO is trying to probe users in the specific zone (i.e. WLAN) even is SSO Enforcement on that zone is disabled.
Resolution
In order to display User Web Login Page, a custom access rule from zone X (i.e. WLAN) to WAN has been created as Configure User Level Authentication.
This access rule will automatically enforce the SSO on the WLAN zone. If you don't want that SSO interferes in any way with the traffic of this zone:
- Select the access rule you created from custom zone to WAN, click the configuration button and move to the "Advanced" tab.
- Enable the option "Don't invoke Single Sign On to Authenticate Users".
This will allow you to display the User Web Login page.
