Choose the tenant enter the serial number and authentication code. Tip: the authentication code can be found on the silver label on the bottom exterior of your unit.
As the unit is registered to a different account it will show the below pop-up. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
Click Transfer and the unit will be registered to your current MySonicWall account.
Once the unit is registered the current owner will receive the below email from firstname.lastname@example.org where the customer will have the option to reclaim the device if they do not approve the transfer.
NOTE: The friendly name and product group are not mandatory and can be changed at any time.
TIP: Authentication Code can be found on the silver label on the bottom exterior of your unit.
CAUTION: Customer Service will NOT be able to transfer a device under the following conditions:
If the device is associated to another device or service in MySonicWall.com
The device is End of Support
The current registered owner does not give written permission to transfer
