      Ottenere Logs da cavo console quando il Firewall e' bloccato o non e' possibile accedere alla GUI

        Description

        Questa sezione spiega quali comandi utilizzare in situazioni in cui firewall si blocca o diventa inaccessibile tramite GUI. Il Supporto Tecnico SonicWall richiede di fornire I Log da console per l'analisi quando il dispositivo non risponde tramite GUI o attraverso le interfacce LAN / WAN. Quando il Firewall si blocca o non risponde ci sono alcuni file che se raccolti dalla console del firewall al momento del blocco, aiutano il Supporto Tecnico a  trovare la probabile / principale causa del problema segnalato.

        Resolution

        Fare Login sul firewall SonicWall tramite Putty o un altro programma emulatore di terminale.

        In questo articolo verra’ utilizzato il client Putty per raccogliere informazioni chiave con connessione SSH.

        Per salvare l'output della console in un file:

        1. Accedere alla sessione, come mostrato di seguito:
        2. Selezionare l'opzione "All session output"  sotto Session logging e selezionare un percorso dove salvare il file con estensione txt.
        3. Selezionare il parametro   "Always append to the end of it” e assicurarsi che l’opzione  "Flush log file frequently"  sia deselezionata


        4. Fare clic sulla sessione sul lato sinistro ed inserire  l'indirizzo IP del SonicWall sotto Host name e assicurarsi che la voce SSH sia selezionata sotto “Connection Type”.
        5. Deve essere selezionato Il tipo di connessione seriale se il Firewall è collegato tramite cavo console.
        6. Clicca su Open per connettersi al dispositivo tramite SSH o Console e attendere la richiesta di username, inserire il nome utente / password e attendere che venga visualizzata la riga di comando.

        Nota: Su una  connessione serial 115K , il comando show tech-support command  può rallentare il firewall, cosi’ se il firewall richiede tempo per stampare l’output del comando e' consigliato evitare l'esecuzione di questo comando, e contattare SonicWall team di supporto per ulteriore assistenza.

        show cpu (ricercare il processo che risulta avere il piu’ alto livello di uso CPU)
