One-Time Password Does Not Display Proper Information To End User When Primary Email Attribute Is Empty

DESCRIPTION: One-Time Password Does Not Display Proper Information To End User When Primary Email Attribute Is Empty
With the One-time password feature introduced in appliance release 10.0.0, an administrator can specify a primary and secondary email attribute to be used when querying a backend directory server for an email address. In some cases if a user's primary attribute is null, or empty, then user will get the following message when logging into WorkPlace:
Your one time password has been sent to %s. Please type it here.
The appliance, however, will still pull the user's email address from the secondary attribute and send the password to that address.
A hotfix is now available which resolves this issue. Please see below for more information.
This issue was first resolved in pform-hotfix-10_0_0-001. The latest version of pform-hotfix-10_0_0 is available for download from KB item #6097.
