On-Prem NSM-how to add a firewall to a tenant use Zero Touch

This KB shows how to add a firewall to a specific tenant (example: Tenant West).

Step 1. In tenant “Tenant West”, click “Add” to add device:

Step 2. Enter firewall true serial number, dummy (or any) IP address, true username and password:

Step 3. Click on Save, acquisition will fail:

Step 4. Click on “Cancel”, firewall shows offline:

Step 5. Log into mysonicwall.com account, click on firewall serial number, select On-Prem in “Managed By”:

Step 6. Select the NSM server:

Step 7. Enable Zero Touch:

Step 8. Wait sometime (from several minutes to several hours, depending on when the firewall last checked into licensing server), firewall will show online:
