In NSM, each firewall is associated with a tenant. Transferring a firewall to another tenant is controlled by mysonicwall.com.
When transferring a firewall from one tenant to another, need to dis-associate it from original tenant, then transfer it, then associate it with new tenant in NSM. Transferring not properly will cause firewall having various issue like showing offline in NSM.
Here are the steps:
1. log into mysonicwall.com account, find the firewall, clicking on the serial number with bring this window:

2. disable Zero Touch, change to On-Box manage, click on checkmark to accept. Close this popup window;
3. at the end of the line of the firewall, click on 3 dots, select transfer. Then select the target tenant;
Note: Warning windows may pop up for data loss. The data refers to the flow report in NSM, firewall settings backup in mysonciwall.com, etc. They are associated with current tenant, transfer the firewall to another will lose them. HOwever, local firewall settings will not be affected. Firewall production will not be affected.
4. Now the firewall is in new tenant. Change it to Cloud manage, and enable Zero Touch.
