No data in Web Filter reports

This article describes how to fix the issue when viewing the Web Filter report and getting the error: No Matching Records Found
When configured correctly, a GMS-managed appliance will report Web Filter information (blocked Websites) to GMS/Analyzer. To verify the required configuration, follow these steps:
- Devices running 5.8 or 6.1 firmware version:
On the appliance at Security Services | Content Filter | Configure
, enable the " Log Access to URL
On the appliance at Log | Categories, set the " Logging Level to Informational":
On the appliance at Log | Categories, enable the ‘Blocked Web Sites’ category under the Syslog column:
- Device running 5.9 or 6.2.5 branches of firmware
On the appliance at Security Services | Content Filter | Configure, enable the ‘Log Access to URL’ setting:
On the appliance at Log | Settings, set the Logging Level to ‘Inform’:
Use the filter to view the Website Access Denied messages:
Type id=14 and Apply in the Log | Settings Filter to display the Website Blocked category.
