Customers using Nx client ver 10.2.336 or earlier might report this problem where connecting to the Nx client can cause Office365 to not authenticate or Outlook will either hang while loading or never connect.
The earlier Nx client ver 10.2.336 did not fully address the Issue and was then fully fixed in 10.2.338
To address this Issue, Sonicwall launched the updated Netextender Version 10.2.338 on 13 Jan 2024.
