DESCRIPTION: NAM shortcuts become unreachable after few minutes of login to the workplace.
NAM shortcuts becomes unreachable after few minutes, once the user login to the workplace with OnDemand Tunnel in Redirect-All mode.
This is expected if the backend DNS server is not able to resolve the workplace FQDN to its public IP. In Redirect-All mode, all the client traffic for name lookup is forwarded through the Tunnel and hence the NAM (for RDP/Citrix) URL is also sent to the Tunnel. Due to this, the backend DNS server should be able to resolve the workplace FQDN to its public IP (The Ip address which user's use to connect from Internet) otherwise the user's will get "Page Cannot be Displayed".
For e.g: If the workplace URL is: https://workplace.aventail.com and it resolves to 220.127.116.11 by a public DNS server then you have to make sure there is an A record in your backend DNS (internal DNS) server (used by Aventail) for 'workplace.aventail.com' that resolves to 18.104.22.168
