My NSA Eclass device is not showing support. I have a comprehensive GMS license that should cover all 5 of my managed units.

GMS is licensed for Comprehensive GMS 24x7 support for 5 nodes. The three managed pro 4100s and the managed sslvpn 4000 all show support until 2014; however, the NSA 5500 does not. All units are acquired in GMS.
Resolution or Workaround:
The Comprehensive GMS 24x7 support license does include software and tech support for the managed units. However, it does not cover e-class devices such as the NSA E5500 and above, CDP, E-mail security or Aventail units. E-class units must still be licensed separately.
NOTE: Gen7 firewalls are not covered under the Comprehensive GMS 24x7 support license.
