Microsoft Outlook Not Functioning for Connect Tunnel Users with a Swisscom Data Card

Connect Tunnel users with Swisscom Data cards may not be able to access e-mail using MS Outlook. Other resources will appear to work normally.
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset catalog
- Uninstall Connect Tunnel.
- Start MS Outlook in safe mode (for information on how to do this, see MS KB article 197180).
- Reset the system’s Winsock by running the following commands (for information on how to do this, see KB ID SW2760).
- Reinstall Connect Tunnel.
