Manage License Reports Licensing is out of Sync

"Manage License" Reports "Licensing is out of sync. Please reboot your product and repeat the operation." After a reboot the situation is unchanged.
To resolve this issue make sure to have your MySonicwall login for this Email Security handy.
- Have the serial number and the auth code to the Email Security.
- Now navigate to the Manage | System Setup | Server | Advanced page and at the bottom of the page there is a button to Reset Licenses.
- Click Reset Licenses.
- There will be warning message that all licenses will be deleted, click OK.
- Now go back to the License Manager page and re-register this email security.
