Invalid connection file" specified when launching RDP bookmark over SSLVPN

Description

After a user has logged in to the  Virtual Office, the user tries to launch an bookmark for an RDP connection. The user gets the following error: "Invalid connection file" (C:UsersxxxxAppDataLocalTempLow-SecureRDP.rdp) specified

The issue has been observed only on Internet Explorer.

Resolution

  1. Open Internet Explorer Options
  2. Select “Security” Tab
  3. Highlight “Trusted Sites” and hit the “Sites” button to the bottom right of it
  4. Add your SonicWall Virtual Office address (IP or URL) to the list and hit OK
  5. Try again after logging out and back into the SonicWall Virtual Office. It should now work!
