HTML5 bookmark fails to load with an error "Connection Closed"

HTML5 bookmark fails to load with an error "Connection Closed".HTML5 bookmark doesn't load. It shows a blank Background page with HTML5 logo, but doesn't give any other options to login.After sometime, it says Connection Closed and terminates the session

Resolution

This issue happens when the Screen resolution does not match with the destination computer's screen size.When the bookmark is created for terminal services HTML5, please make sure that the screen resolution matches with the destination computer to which the bookmark is getting created to as shown below,Instead of using Full screen under screen size, please select the screen size to match with the computer/ server's screen size:
