How to view Junk Box
Description
This feature is used to view Junk Box on the SonicWall.
Resolution
To view Junk Box
- Login to the SonicWall Management GUI.
- Navigate to Anti-Spam | Junk Box View.
- On firmware 6.5 and newer navigate to Manage | Anti-Spam.
On the Anti-Spam | Junk Box View page, we can review, search and manage all email messages that are currently in the Junk Store on the Exchange or SMTP server.
This functionality is only available if the Junk Store is installed.
