How to set the correct logging level for the device added to GMS/Analyzer

This article describes the procedure how to set the correct logging level for the device added to GMS/Analyzer.

NOTE: This procedure applies only to all firewalls running firmware 5.9 or 6.2 and above.

Step 1: Navigate to Log |Settings and make sure that "Logging Level" is set to "Inform". Click on Import Logging Template.

Step 2: Select "Analyzer/ViewPoint/GMS" logging template and click on Apply.

Step 3: Information will be displayed in the bottom of the screen.
