How to Schedule Reports/Request Report in Capture Client Management Console.

This article explain about creating Schedule Reports/Request Report in Capture Client Management Console.

Resolution

Log in to Capture client management https://captureclient-36.sonicwall.com/
Use "Login with Mysonicwall" . Enter your MysonicWall account Username and password.

Schedule Reports

 Navigate to Reports & Click the Schedule Reports Tab.

  Click on + Sign available on the Right Side of the Screen. Give a Name to your Report, Configure the Report Frequency, Time &  Recipients to whom the Reports needs to be shared via Email.
  Select the Options under Report Content that needs to be included in the reports.

 Click on Save to Schedule the Report.

  This will Automate Reports sent to the Recipients based on the Report Frequency configured.

Request Report
  The Reports can also be requested for Immediate Processing when needed by choosing the Request Report Option. Navigate to Reports & Click the Request Reports Tab.
  Set a Report Name/Time Period . Choose the Report Content needed in the Request Report.

 Choose the Delivery Method Either Email or Download.  Click on Request Report.
 The Report will take sometime to be created and will show up under Reports > Available Reports Tab.

Click on the Download Option on the Right side of the screen to download the report and view it.
