This article explains how to increase the Timeout value on NSM Management Page
Resolution
The steps to be followed are mentioned below:
Step 1: Log into the NSM management page via MSW account|Available services|Capture Security Centre or type cloud.sonicwall.com in the browser window.
Step 2: Navigate to Manager View and select the Account on the Top Right Corner of the screen, and select User Profile as shown below
Step 3: Navigate to Timeout (minutes) on User profile settings and modify the Timeout value. Now, the Timeout value has changed from 30 minutes to 90 minutes as shown below
Step 4: Click Save after modifying the Timeout field to update the changes
