How to get WAN Failover or HA Failover Alert in NSM

When there is a WAN Failure on any firewall managed by NSM, we can configure it to send email alerts for the Failover Event.

Same goes with Hardware Failover too.

NOTE: WAN Failover Alert will be triggered only when an Active WAN connection fails over to the secondary WAN.

Steps to get WAN Failover Alerts or Hardware Failover Alerts from NSM for the firewalls managed by it:

1. Login to NSM, Go to Manager View-->CSC Users--> Enable Notifications for the specific tenant and email address.

2. Under the same Manager View, Go to Logs & Alerts->Settings-->Expand Device Management--> Look for "WAN Fail Over" and enable Email Notification on this alert.

3. When there is an Active WAN Failover Event on the firewall, email will be sent to the respective email address as set in Step 1. Email will in below format:

Same process can be followed to set up the Hardware Failover Alerts in NSM.
