How to get Technical Report for Registration Transfer Process?

This article is made to help the customer to get the technical report for the registration transfer process.
To obtain this file, please perform the following steps:
- Log into your appliance
- Under INVESTIGATE tab.
- Go to Tools section and click on System Diagnostics.
- Then the tech Support Report will show up.
- Under Tech Support Report, remove the check marks on all options (VPN Keys, ARP Cache, DHCP Bindings and IKE Info).
- Select Download Report ' if you have pop-ups blocked please enable and select Yes to Continue to save.
- Save to your computer.
- Attach the document to your email.
NOTE: If you are unable to login to the device to obtain the above information, we will accept a picture of the bottom of the device with a legible view of the serial number.
