How to export CSC users on NSM

This article explains how to export the CSC users on NSM cloud.

Steps to export CSC Users list from NSM SaaS is mentioned below:

Step 1: Login to NSM by logging into https://cloud.sonicwall.com or MSW account> Available services> CSC

Step 2: Navigate to NSM Manager View. Select CSC Users> Users on left side of the dashboard as shown below. 

Step 3: Click on Export to Export the user list file as shown below and click OK

Step 4: The User list file should be downloaded in CSV file format (Excel).
