How To Enable a Policy to Junk/Delete emails that contains Executable files.

You can create a policy filter to junk emails based on the content of an attachment.
If an email has an attachment that contains executables wrapped up in a .zip or PDF attachment, you can junk or delete such email.

Procedure:
Please follow the steps as mentioned below to junk/delete emails that contain executable files.

  1. login to email security Webui as admin
  2. Go to policy and compliance ---> Filters-- > click on " Add New Filter" button
  3. Select : Attachment Contents ( from the drop down menu) and matching select "contain executable"
  4. Under the "Perform the following actions:" Select --> store in Junkbox ( you can select "permanently Delete" if you want to delete such message)
  5. Give a name to the filter under filter name section and click on "save this filter".
