This article explains, how to download technical support files related to Comprehensive Anti-Spam Service (CASS) from SonicWall UTM. Tech Support Package contains basic settings and logs of Anti-Spam Service and help support engineer in troubleshooting the reported issue.
Once logged into the Firewall, navigate to Download System/Log Files section of Anti-Spam | Advanced.
Select the type of file to download from the Type of file drop-down menu. The Choose specific files list becomes populated with that type of file.
From the Choose specific files list, select one or more specific items. To select multiple files, hold down the Shift key or Ctrl key while selecting the files. The Download and Email To... buttons become active. NOTE: The selected files are combined into a zip file.
Download button to download the file(s) to your local hard drive.
Email To... button to email the file(s).
The Send To dialog displays.
Enter the sender's email address in the "Send files from this email address" field. The default is postmaster.
Enter the recipient's email address in the "Recipient email address" field.
