How to download Access Points TSR on WNM

This article shows how to download Access Points TSR on WNM in order to troubleshooting possible issues.

NOTE:The TSR only can be downloaded when the Access Points is Online.

1.  Login to WNM.
2. Navigate to Network | Devices choose the device and select Upload TSR on the right side. (With this you can upload the AP TSR to the Cloud)
   
3. Select the Download TSR icon.
   
   
   
4. When the status is Ready click in Download and Close.
