How to configure scheduled reports for a specific IP address

Here is an example of configuring a scheduled report for one particular machine . The unit used is a NSA 220 where we want to see scheduled report for a particular machine 192.168.168.200
Log in to Analyzer and go to the respective device and go to Web Usage > Initiators. You will be able to see all machine's Ip address listed there.
Click on the save icon as highlighted in red and save it as a custom report (give it a name)
It will be saved under the custom reports as highlighted in the screen shot below.
Click on Next and configure the details required .
Select email or archive (or both) as per requirement. Provide the email address details for email and provide a valid path for the file to be saved for archive.
Click on Next at the bottom right corner and fill in the details required.
Click on Finish when done filling all the details.
Now the scheduled report is added and you can see the custom report under dashboard and manage reports.
To test whether it is working or not, select the custom report and click on email and archive now.
To set the time for the daily report, go to Console>Report> Email/Archive and set the time for daily reports.
