How to configure a policy page without user authentication

Description
Guest Services allows you to configure a policy page for the users so that when users try to access the Internet the policy page is displayed which they have to accept to be able to go online . Also we can configure 'Post authentication page' where the users are redirected to an internal website after accepting the terms and policies in the configured 'policy page' .
Resolution
Resolution for SonicOS 7.X
This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.
Enabling Guest Services as well as enabling and configuring "Policy Page without authentication" .
- On any zone if you want the users to get to a policy page before going online you need to enable guest services for that zone .
- To enable the guest services navigate to Object|Match objects|Zones and click on edit for the zone where the policy page is required .
- Navigate to the guest services tab and click on "Enable Guest Services" also enable "Enable Policy Page without authentication" .
- Click on the configure option next to the "Enable Policy Page without authentication" option .
- In the Guest usage policy text box type in the content required to be displayed on the policy page. HTML formatting can be used if required .
- Click on Save to complete the policy page configuration .
Enabling and configuring "Post Authentication Page" .
- Once the policy page is complete if you want the users to accept the policy page and then be redirected to a particular website you can use the post authentication page option .
- Under Guest services enable the option "Enable Post Authentication Page" and in the "Post authentication Page" text box enter the website URL Eg: https://google.com.
How to test:
- On a client computer located on the concerned zone open a browser and go to any website a policy page will be displayed as shown below .

- In the Guest usage policy text box type in the content required to be displayed on the policy page. HTML formatting can be used if required .
- Click on 'OK' to complete the policy page configuration .

- Once the policy page is complete if you want the users to accept the policy page and then be redirected to a particular website you can use the post authentication page option .
- Under Guest services enable the option "Post Authentication Page" and in the text box enter the website URL Eg: http://google.com .
How to test:
- On a client computer located on the concerned zone open a browser and go to any website a policy page will be displayed as shown below .
- Click on accept and you will see that the client is redirected to the post authentication page as specified .
