How to Apply HotFix Or Service pack in Sonicwall Analyzer

Resolution

To apply Service pack or HotFix, please perform the following steps:
Step 1. Navigate to www.mysonicwall.com.
Step 2: In the navigation menu, click Downloads | Free Downloads.
Step 3: Click the Software Type drop-down menu and then select GMS/Analyzer software for Windows or Virtual Appliance - GMS for virtual appliance,
Step 4: Select the Versions - according to your installation and download that file. To install required Service pack, log into the "localhost/appliance" management interface of your GMS system (Analyzer Server) and navigate to the System | Settings page.

Step 5: Click the Browse button, and then select the downloaded version or Hotfix file which is in .sig file format.
Step 6: Click the Apply button.
Step 7: After each version of Hotfix or Service pack is installed, reboot the system to complete the upgrade.
