How to Add/Edit Schedule Report in GMS?
In order to Add/Edit a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Scheduled Report in GMS, we need to do the following:
1. Login to the Application interface of GMS and go to Console Tab->Reports->Scheduled Reports and Click on the + icon to add a Schedule Report as shown below:

2. A Wizard will open to Create Schedule Report. Choose if the report needs to be Archived or Emailed or both. Set the number of rows for the report and Click Next. In case if the the report need to be emailed, SMTP configuration has to be completed under system interface of GMS(/appliance). The report will by default be in PDF format. But can also be generated in XML format.

3. Choose the firewall for which the scheduled report needs to be added and click the Arrow next to the firewall name in the dialogue box:

4. Set the Title for the Report. A company logo can be used instead of default.

6. Check the Summary and click Create:

In order to Edit the Same schedule report to make any changes, click on the Pencil icon as shown below:

7. Report will be generated based on Daily Schedule time set under Console->Reports->Email/Archive as shown below:

8. Archived Reports can be found under Console->Reports-> Archive:
