How do I request a URL CFS rating (or re-rate)?

SonicWall's powerful Content Filtering Service (CFS) and SonicWall Capture Client 3.0+ provides 64 categories of web content to block, allow, passthrough, and more.

In some cases a new website may not yet be rated or an existing website may need to be re-rated. To generate this type of request please perform the following four steps:

1. Navigate to https://mysonicwall.com and click Report Issue in the bottom right-hand corner (or click here).
   
2. Click "Click here to review CFS URL Rating".
3. To generate a website re-rate request click the tab Review-Rerate CFS URL Rating.
4. Complete the form and click Submit.

To view an existing rating of a website click on the tab View CFS URL Rating and submit the desired URL.
