How do I forward email header information to the support to analyze the header details?

When troubleshooting any emails related issues, support might request for the complete header information of an email. This article details steps for sending complete header information of an email.
- Login to CAS portal.
- Navigate to Analytics
- select the SaaS application (O365 or Gmail) and click on incoming emails.
- Select the message for which you need header information.
- Click on "show headers from raw email", copy the data to a notepad and send to the support for further review. While you are on this page, you could download the email in it's original format.
