How to view dropped packets in Log Monitor
This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.


NOTE: For the TCP packets, instead of the sub-category ICMP, expand the category TCP.Any events for dropped packets will be shown in the log and it should be possible to identify if an access rules is causing packets to be dropped.
