How can I download TSP (Technical Support Package) log file from SonicWall email security device?

This solution covers how to download a Technical Support package from an Email Security appliance.
NOTE: This article applies to Email Security software and hardware but NOT Hosted Email Security.
Please follow the steps as mentioned below:
- Login into Email security device as Admin
- Go to Manage | System Setup | Server| Advanced Page
- Scroll down towards the section Download System/Log files
- Go to the Type of File section and Select "Technical Support Package"
- Click on Basic Settings and Logs and click on Download
- It will prompt you to save that file on your work station
- Save the file and attach it to the case.
