Resolution

From the client (user) NetExtender

  1. Navigate to Properties | Packet Capture | Enable the options "Enable packet capture (SSLVPN only), "Clear the capture on exit" and "Enable capture cache"

  2. Navigate to Logs | Enable the option " Enable Debug Logs"

  3. Navigate to the NetExtender main page and start the packet capture, once connected.

  4. When the capture is completed click to Stop

  5. Save the packet capture
    Image
  6. Navigate to Logs | Export Logs 
    Image
