This article explains how to clear the Tomcat/Apache Cache for the Web Server of GMS/Analyzer when seeing possible display issues or slowness in response of the WebUI.
Resolution
Log in to the System Interface at http://IPaddress/appliance.
After authentication, change the URL to http://IPaddress/appliance/techSupport.html.
Read the warning, then clickAccept button:Click Clear Cache button.
Then click the Home button in the upper right of the page.
Next, go to Deployment | Services and check the box for SonicWall Universal Management Suite -Â Web Server then hit Restart.
