How can I check 3rd Party Anti-Virus Engine version on Email Security appliances?

3rd Party Anti-Virus Definitions will be pushed out from our partners from time to time. You may be required to have the following data if contacting Sonicwall Email Security Technical Support in relation to AV Issues.

To verify the last downloaded dat files for Cyren Engine, McAfee Engine and Vade engine use the following KB to find out the current engine version for each Anti Virus Vendor.

• Login in Email Security Appliance, scroll down to the bottom of the page and at left hand side of the screen click on "About".-
• When you click on "About" link you will see dialog box similar to the picture.
• Note: A dedicated Control Center does not Download any updates for Antivirus.
