Customer sees the following in scheduled reports:
“Reports not generating within threshold: 5 mins”
Step 1: Login to the system page of GMS/Analyzer: <serverIP/appliance>
Step 2: Go to <serverIP/appliance/techSupport.html> and acknowledge the disclaimer
Step 3: Hit the “Edit” button right at the section “Configuration Fire editor”
Step 4: In the new window look for the line
<Parameter name="dusr.processThresholdInMinute" value="5"/>
Step 5: Update the value in steps of 5 to increase the timeout by 5 minutes.
Step 6: After each update restart all services and generate the report in question again to see if the issue is solved.
NOTE: This solution will increase the overall time it takes to generate the report.
