Description
How-To recover AMC admin password from 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 firmware versions.
Cause
How-To recover AMC admin password from 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 firmware versions.
Resolution
How-To recover AMC admin password from 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 firmware versions.
We don't support anymore to reset/recover AMC admin password, due to security concerns and FIPS certified.
Note: Customer has to reset the appliance to scratch and import Partial Configuration, so that we can retain the admin password.
However Enhancement Request/RFE has been filed, here is the RFE # 2700.
