Failed to connect to the VNC server using HTML5 bookmark

While accessing VNC HTML5 bookmark getting the following message:
'Failed to connect to the VNC server. Do you want to upload or view log?'
When using VNC servers with version higher than 5.0 (for instance RealVNC 5.3) an error can appear as above
In order to double check whether the VNC server version is the issue please click on the View button and check whether the error includes the following:
Info: Server ProtocolVersion: 005.000
Info: Closing WebSocket connection
Error: New state 'failed', was 'ProtocolVersion'. Msg: Invalid server version 005.000
Error: Invalid server version 005.000
If it does then please contact Sonicwall support to provide a hotfix 170858 or download and install firmware 184.108.40.206 or higher. Both the hotfix and the firmware resolve the problem
