EX SSL-VPN: OTP user login window session does not timeout after 15 minutes

Question:

Appliance setup with AD based One time password authentication and SonicWall has identified an issue with the user login screen wherein the One Time password login window session does not timeout after 15 minutes. User can keep the window open for hours, applaince doesn't throw any alter message to close this window.

Resolution/Workaround:

SonicWall Support team is currently investigating this issue and the corresponding fix is planned on firmware release 10.5.2.
